San Francisco, the worldwide hub for tech innovation and entrepreneurs, is excitingly gravitating towards an upward momentum of art and design. San Francisco is the home to world-class cultural institutions such as the De Young Museum, Legion of Honor, Pier 24 and Asian Art Museum. In addition this year has brought the re-openings of the SFMOMA and BMFA as well as the openings of the Minnesota Street Project and new high profile international galleries. San Francisco's art scene is definitely on the rise and is an international hub for arts, culture, and technology.
As the founder of an art venture and art advisor, Marissa has spent the past few years immersing herself in the exciting happenings of the local Bay Area art scene. Due to her drive and passion for the arts, Marissa's knowledge and connections in the SF art world have quickly blossomed. Additionally, in September 2016, Marissa created, organized and led an art tour in Israel that was a huge success. As a result of this tour, and her expertise of the SF art scene, Marissa was inspired to expand her work to include customized art experiences of the San Francisco local art community.
Curated specifically for each individual or group, Marissa creates and leads tours of museums, galleries and artist studio visits in San Francisco.
