Is 1.5 hours enough for a tour?
Yes. Our group tours are intentionally designed to be focused, curated, and high-quality.
1.5 hours is the ideal amount of time to visit 3 strong exhibitions without rushing or feeling overwhelmed.
If you prefer a longer experience, private tours run 2–2.5 hours and go deeper.

Can I share my pass?
Yes, all passes are fully shareable. Use them yourself or split them with friends, a partner, or visiting family.

How long are the passes valid for?
All Black Friday passes are valid for 2 years (to give you plenty of time to enjoy them).

How do I redeem my tours?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions.
You simply email us with your preferred date, and we’ll confirm your spot.

Do I need any background in art?
Not at all. The tours are designed for curious beginners as well as seasoned art lovers.

Can I buy a pass as a gift?
Yes, all passes make meaningful gifts.

Terms:

• There are 15 group tours a year, spread across different seasons. Your pass can be used for any of them.

• Valid for 24 months from the day of purchase.

• Non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour (the session will be deducted from your pass).

• Interchangeable: you may offer your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it.

• Prices do not include museum entrance fees when applicable.
